Bad people will find a way to do bad things. This girl was the subject of a “check the welfare” call and as you can see, she wasn’t doing well. Police took her into custody but… she found a way to work that hand out of the cuffs, which most likely were loose so “nobody gets hurt. Then she gets through a divider and was able to get a rifle out of it’s rack in the front seat. She ends up shooting 2 before they finally get her under control. Watch the video.
